TVH Parts is a global specialist and a leader in the off-road machinery sector. They have pioneered the spare parts distribution industry and boast over 250 specialists in the reconstruction and repair of electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic components for forklifts and industrial vehicles. In particular, their Electronics Repair Department in Waregem, Belgium stands out as a center of excellence, employing over 100 highly qualified technicians.
SPE and TVH are pleased to announce that they have reached a strategic agreement whereby TVH is recognized as an Authorized Repair Center for SPE across Europe.
Under this agreement, TVH will manage the technical repair activities for SPE battery chargers. SPE personnel will provide dedicated training and technical documentation to equip TVH staff with the necessary expertise to identify faults and carry out repairs according to SPE’s high-quality standards.
The operational management of repair activities will be conducted through the new SPE Technical Service portal, recently completed, which will be used by all global service partners to ensure tracking, efficiency, and consistent support for SPE customers worldwide.
Being locally present and close to customers is key to responding quickly and effectively to field issues, allowing users to return to full operation as fast as possible.
